How to Use Your Portal

This page explains how to use the updated User Portal. You can also watch the Receiver's video tutorial at this link.

Important Updates

Disputed Transactions

  • The deadline to object to the Receiver's recommendations has passed (December 16, 2024)

  • The amounts the Receiver has set for your deposits and withdrawals will be used to calculate your payment unless you objected by the December 16th deadline

What You Need to Do Now

  • Enter your payment information if you haven't already
  • Without this information, your payment will be delayed
  • You can also update your contact information in the portal

Review Holds

  • A small number of users will see a red "Review Hold" banner at the top of their portal
  • This is rare - if you see this, someone from our team has contacted you or will contact you soon

  • To file a lien on a distribution: Submit this form
  • Send supporting documents to EminiFX@Stretto.com

🟒 Green Banner (No Disputes)

  • The Receiver has disputed one or more of your transactions

πŸ“‹ UPDATED TRANSACTION LOG

Understanding Your Transactions

Your transaction log shows all your EminiFX transactions and their status:

  • Verified transactions are confirmed
  • Disputed transactions show a reason under "Basis for Dispute"

All amounts are shown in U.S. Dollars. You'll see:

  • User Amount - what you reported
  • Receiver Determination Amount - what the Receiver confirmed (may be zero or different from your amount)

Transaction Status

  • If you accepted the Receiver's recommendation or didn't respond by the deadline, the transaction is marked as "verified"
  • If you objected by the deadline, the transaction is marked as "disputed"

Understanding Dispute Reasons

βœ… No Dispute

What it means: The Receiver agrees with your transaction's amount and type.

πŸ“„ Insufficient Documentation

What it means: You didn't provide enough proof for your transaction.

What helps resolve this:

  • For CoinPayments deposits: Email confirmation from CoinPayments.net with the transaction ID (starts with "CP")
  • For bank deposits: Deposit slip, wire confirmation, or bank record showing the deposit to an EminiFX account

πŸ“ˆ Seeking ROI/Bonuses

What it means: You're asking for credit for Return on Investment (ROI) or bonuses, which are not recognized in the Plan. This includes "ewallet" payments.

πŸ‘₯ Inter User Dispute

What it means: Either:

  • You're claiming an internal transfer from another user, or
  • You're claiming someone else made a deposit on your behalf.
  • The Plan doesn't recognize internal transfers or user disputes about deposit ownership.

πŸ’² Allowed in Different Amount

What it means: Your transaction is valid, but the amount is different from what you claimed.

πŸ’Έ Withdrawal Completed

What it means: You disputed a withdrawal, but the Receiver has strong evidence (often blockchain records) that the withdrawal occurred.

πŸ‘€ Different Owner of Transactions

What it means: A transaction you claimed belongs to another user (their username will be shown).

πŸ”„ Duplicate Transaction

What it means: You added a transaction that already appears on your log or submitted the same transaction multiple times.

❌ Transaction Not Completed

What it means: Records show you started but never completed the transaction.

πŸ”€ Mis-Assigned

What it means: A rare case where a transaction was incorrectly attributed to the wrong user.

πŸ“… Outside Date Range

What it means: The transaction date is outside EminiFX's operating period.

πŸ‘₯ Transaction in Duplicate Account

What it means: You have multiple accounts, and this transaction already appears in your other account.

Need Help?

If you have questions or new documents to support your case, you can submit them through the User Portal's communication system.

πŸ”„ ACCOUNT MERGE

Merge Function Status

The account merge function is now turned off.

If You Need Accounts Merged

If you think your accounts should be combined:

For Users Already Contacted About Merging

  • If the Receiver identified your accounts as needing to be merged, you should have received a message in your User Portal
  • Your message will tell you if the Receiver is combining your accounts
  • After merging, you'll see all transactions from both accounts in one place
  • You won't lose any transactions unless they appeared in both accounts (duplicates)

NET PROFIT SETTLEMENTS

What Are Net Profits?

A small number of users took out more money from EminiFX than they put in. This extra money is called "net profit."

Recovery Process

  • The Receiver has the legal right to recover these net profits
  • Instead of going to court, the Receiver prefers to settle

Settlement Offer

If you received net profits, you will:

  • Get an email with a settlement offer
  • Be asked to return half of your net profits and keep the other half
  • Be directed to your User Portal to accept this offer

Why This Matters

All recovered money will go toward increasing payments to EminiFX members who lost money.

How To Accept and Pay

  1. Log into your User Portal
  2. Click "Accept" on the settlement offer
  3. Follow the payment instructions in your Portal
  4. After you pay, you'll receive a signed settlement agreement

Settlement Agreement

You can view the form of the settlement agreement in your User Portal.
