βοΈ WHY TRANSACTION AMOUNTS MAY DIFFER
Reasons for differences between your amount and the Receiver's amount:
- Verification process:
- The Receiver compares your information with EminiFX's official records
- If there's a mismatch or insufficient proof, the transaction is disputed
- Transaction fees:
- Your records might show the amount before fees
- The Transaction Log shows the actual amount received by EminiFX
- This includes deductions for CoinPayments fees and other transaction costs
- Important reminder:
- ROI (Return on Investment) is not counted
- Bonuses are not counted
- Internal transfers between users are not counted
The Receiver must ensure all transactions are properly verified with adequate documentation.

- Records the Receiver already has about your account
- The withdrawals and deposits we can verify you made
What you should do now:
- Make sure your payment information is up to date in your User Portal
- Check your claim status in the User Portal
π WHY YOUR TRANSACTION LOG MIGHT BE EMPTY
If no transactions appear in your log:
- The Receiver reviewed all available documents to find:
- All deposits (money going into EminiFX)
- All withdrawals (money taken out of EminiFX)
- If your Transaction Log is empty, it means:
- The Receiver found no record of you making any deposits to EminiFX
- The Receiver found no record of you taking any withdrawals from EminiFX
- You did not add any transactions yourself during the User Portal process
What this means for you:
Based on our records, you did not put money into or take money out of the EminiFX system.

Distribution Plan Frequently Asked Questions
β DISTRIBUTION PLAN APPROVAL
Yes, the plan has been approved
- The Court approved the Receiver's Distribution Plan on January 21, 2025
Where to find the documents:
- Court's approval decision
- Complete Distribution Plan
- Simple explanation of the Plan
π° HOW MUCH MONEY WILL YOU RECEIVE?
Your initial payment depends on how much you deposited:
If you deposited $1,000 or less (Class 3A):
- You'll get 55% of your deposits minus any withdrawals
- Example 1: $800 deposit, no withdrawals = $440 payment (55% of $800)
- Example 2: $800 deposit, $100 withdrawal = $340 payment ($440 - $100)
- This will be your only payment
If you deposited more than $1,000 (Class 3):
- You'll get 45% of your deposits minus any withdrawals
- Example 1: $10,000 deposit, no withdrawals = $4,500 payment (45% of $10,000)
- Example 2: $10,000 deposit, $1,000 withdrawal = $3,500 payment ($4,500 - $1,000)
- You might get more payments later
Important note:
If you already withdrew more than your calculated payment amount, you won't receive a payment.
- Example: $10,000 deposit with $5,000 withdrawal = no payment (since $5,000 > $4,500)
- This affects only a few hundred users out of tens of thousands
β ROI, BONUSES & TRANSFERS ARE NOT COUNTED
What's NOT included in your payment calculation:
- ROI (Returns on Investment)
- Bonuses
- Internal transfers between users
Why these aren't counted:
- The Court ruled that "the gains and bonuses were illusory"
- The Court determined "EminiFX was a Ponzi scheme that did not generate any actual profits"
- All deposits were pooled together in one account
- Withdrawals came from other investors' deposits, not from investment profits
- This same pool of money is being used to make payments now
One exception - deposit reassignments:
If another user agreed to reassign one of their verified deposits to you through the portal system:
- This amount WILL be added to your verified deposits
- The other user's verified deposits will be reduced by that same amount
